A bar for the day, with a team or without one
You hire the bar itself — everything else you choose as you need it. Take it without our staff and run it yourselves, or with a bartender who runs the service.
BASE PRICE
€100
per bar, per day
The price covers the bar itself. For larger events you take more than one bar.
Multi-day hire costs less from the second day — we agree it based on the length.
EXTRAS AS NEEDED
When you take the bar without our team
- Collect the bar from us, or we arrange delivery for a fee.
- The bar comes back cleaned, in the condition it left in.
- Damage during the hire is the client's responsibility.
- Payment up front, no deposit — we work on trust.

When the bar has to be yours
Two services, one logic: entirely to your brief, priced per project only. There is no standard model and no catalogue — we start from the idea.

About the bars
Can we hire the bar without your staff?
You can. You hire the bar for €100 a day, collect it from us or take delivery, and run it yourselves. The bar equipment set and glassware are added if you need them.
What does the €100 cover?
The bar itself, per day. The equipment set (€50), glassware (€0.50 per piece), delivery, setup and a bartender are added as needed — so you pay only for what you use.
What does a bespoke bar cost?
It is priced per project. There is no standard model — the material, the dimensions, the equipment and the way it is built depend on what you need, so we cost every build separately.

- Hire is charged per bar and per day; extras are charged only if you take them.
- Bespoke bars and installed counters are quoted per project only.
- For private clients the amounts shown are final; for companies VAT is added.
- Novi Sad and Belgrade carry no extra cost; other locations add a logistics charge.
- Payment up front, no deposit and no security — we work on trust.
