What makes up the price of cocktail catering
The price has two parts: a fixed part, which is there at every event no matter how many guests come, and the drinks and ingredients, which grow with the number of cocktails.
There is no minimum spend — the fixed part is the floor in itself.
Why we don't price per guest
A per-guest price sounds simple — until you look at what it hides
Most offers in this trade start at “from X € per person”. That number is easy to compare, but it hides what you actually want to know: what you are paying for, how many people are coming and where the drinks enter the picture. We do the opposite — we show you every item, and the price explains itself.
You see every item
Organisation, the team, the bar, preparation and the drinks — every item has its own range. Nothing is buried in a single number you have to take on trust.
You pay for what is drunk
A per-guest price charges you for the people who do not drink, for children and for drivers. With us the drinks are counted per cocktail, so the bill follows real consumption rather than the guest list.
You can influence the price
Once you know the structure, you know where to save: a simpler menu, drinks you buy yourself, one bar instead of two. The price becomes a conversation rather than a condition.
No unpleasant surprises
When the structure is clear from the start, no extra items appear at the end of the night. What you saw at the beginning is what you pay.
For a small party of thirty guests a per-person price looks reasonable, but the fixed costs stay the same — and that is where the difference usually hides. So we would rather tell you exactly what we do and what it costs than give you one number that reads well in a message.

Drinks and ingredients
This part grows with the number of cocktails, not with the number of guests.
Spirits, juices, garnish, ice, napkins and consumables. The range depends on the menu — classics sit at the bottom, a cocktail with premium spirits and involved preparation at the top.
We count around 2.5 cocktails per guest, and 3 to 3.5 at weddings.

Leave it to us
The drinks sit in the per-cocktail price — one invoice, nothing for you to buy.
You buy them yourself
You get an exact list with quantities; you pay only the fixed part.
We buy, you reimburse
We handle the purchase and the drinks are invoiced on at the receipted amount.

About the price
How much does cocktail catering cost?
The price has a fixed part — organisation, staff, the bar with equipment and preparation — which comes to 450 to 800 € at a typical event, and drinks counted at 3 to 7 € per cocktail. For 100 guests with around 250 cocktails that is roughly 1,200 to 2,550 €.
Is there a minimum amount?
No. The fixed part is there at every event and is the floor in itself — there is no prescribed minimum bill and no minimum number of guests.
Why is the price not calculated per guest?
Because it would cost you more than it should. A per-guest price charges for the people who do not drink and at the same time hides what is actually being paid for. With us the price is the fixed part plus drinks per cocktail — you see every item and you know where you can influence the amount.

- For private clients the figures shown are final; for companies VAT is added on top.
- No additional cost for Novi Sad and Belgrade; other locations add a logistics cost.
