Prices
How much does cocktail catering cost?
The price has a fixed part — organisation, staff, the bar with its equipment, and preparation — which comes to €450–800 at a typical event, plus drinks at €3–7 per cocktail. For 100 guests and around 250 cocktails that is roughly €1,200–2,550. You can work out the range for your own event on the pricing page.
Why don't you quote a price per person?
Because a per-person price charges for guests who don't drink, and hides what you are actually paying for. With us you see every line — the fixed part and the drinks per cocktail — so you also know where you can influence the total.
Do you ask for a deposit or an advance?
No. We work on trust — the date is confirmed by agreement, with no deposit and nothing paid up front. Payment is agreed together with the quote.
Are the prices shown final?
For private clients, yes. For companies VAT is added on top. Novi Sad and Belgrade carry no additional cost; other locations add a logistics cost, depending on the distance.
Events
What is included in cocktail catering?
A cocktail list built around the occasion, a mobile bar with full equipment and glassware, experienced bartenders we have worked with for years, fresh ingredients and house-made syrups, setup and clear-down. We bring everything — you choose the list.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is our recommendation, and earlier in the May-to-October peak season. We can also put an event together at very short notice — buying in a hurry and booking crew quickly can affect the price. Call at any hour and we'll check the date.
How many guests can you serve?
From twenty to more than five hundred. The crew and the number of bars follow the guest count and the service level — one person per hundred guests, and two crew members work one bar.
Do we have to buy the drinks ourselves?
You don't. You can leave the drinks to us, buy them yourself from our list with exact quantities, or have us buy them and reimburse us against the receipt.
Can you create a cocktail just for our event?
We can — for a company anniversary, a product launch or a wedding we build a signature cocktail with its own name, recipe and way of serving. We work out the details together, around the occasion.
Bars
Can we hire a bar without your staff?
You can. A bar is €100 per bar per day; you collect it from us, or we deliver for a fee. It comes back cleaned, and damage during the hire is the client's responsibility. Payment is up front — there is no security deposit.
What does the €100 hire include?
The bar itself, per day. A bar equipment set is €50, glassware €0.50 per piece, and delivery, assembly and a bartender are added as needed — you pay only for what you use. Hires of several days cost less from the second day.
How much does a bespoke bar cost?
The price is set per project only — there is no catalogue and no standard models. Material, dimensions, equipment and finish are entirely yours to choose, and you see a 3D model before we build. Timing, payment and warranty are agreed with the project.
Do you build bars for restaurants and hotels?
We do — design and installation of bars for hospitality venues, with cooling, water and drainage solved in the same hand. Structure and technical documentation are done with the mechanical engineering studio IKAR. We schedule installation outside the venue's opening hours.
Academy
How long is a cocktail workshop and what does it cost?
A workshop runs three to four hours, for groups of eight to twenty people, at €30–60 per participant. Everything is included — drinks, ingredients, equipment and hosting. Each participant makes and tastes four to five cocktails.
Where does the workshop take place?
Whatever suits you — we come to your office or venue, or we host you at ours. We bring the full equipment and glassware either way.
What does bar consulting cover?
A cocktail list for your venue, purchasing and cost structure, stock management, staff training, mystery guest visits and performance reviews, bar organisation and opening a new venue. It is charged by the hour, from €30, according to the scope of work.
