Price
How much does a bartender cost?
Bartenders are charged per event rather than per hour — €100–150 for the lead bartender and €100 for each additional crew member. The final price depends on the guest count, event duration and whether you use your own spirits or our complete programme.
No additional cost for Novi Sad and Belgrade; other locations add a logistics cost.

Common questions about bartender hire
How much does a bartender for a party cost?
Bartenders are charged per event rather than per hour — €100–150 for the lead bartender and €100 for each additional crew member. How many people are needed depends on the guest count and the service level.
Will the bartender work with our own spirits?
Yes. You can provide your own bottles following our shopping list, and we bring the expertise and tools. If you prefer, we handle the entire procurement — from premium spirits to fresh ingredients.
How many guests can one bartender serve?
One bartender comfortably covers up to 40–50 guests. For larger events we add bartenders so guests never queue — we propose the right team size in your quote based on the guest count.
